Sorry, it's been awhile. Midterms have started. So I've been really busy. But Ray and I have some good news. Our lease is up here at the end of May. Also they were going to up our rate. :p We weren't to happy about that.
So Ray and I started to look around at other apartments, townhouses, condoes, and houses. Well, the other apartments weren't as good or cost about the same here. Houses were just out of our price range. So, we looked at townhouse/condoes, and found one. It's a condo with Fischer Homes here in KY. Brand new too!! It's not finished yet. The condo will be done here at the end of July or beginning of Aug. We get to go sometime this week to pick out colors, cabinets, carpets, etc. YAY!!
I was a little nervous at first, just because this is my first real home. But I'm good now, and I can't wait. Here's a picture of the community we'll live in. (Yeah, we're part of a community and home association.) Wow....
